Research: 6 pubs (1 first author submitted, 1 second author accepted, 4 in lower positions). 20 total research experiences with abstracts/ case reports/ oral + poster presentations.

Geographic preferences: Pacific, Mountain, West South Central.

The goal is to match at an academic program closer to family in the West. I have connections to all 3 regions, but am concerned that since I did neither medical school nor undergrad in Texas, my interview yield in Texas will be lower than expected.

I am open to any advice on this list.
