Research: 1 pub (not anesthesia), 6 posters/presentations

Geo Pref: ??? struggling. Strong PNW preference, then Pacific; considering NE + Mountain, but only want Colorado in Mountain.

Aways: 1 post ERAS - otherwise 2 home Sub-I's with good letters

Questions: I don't want to overshoot and not match/get IVs, so I left out West Coast heavy hitters (Stanford, UCSF, UCLA). Colorado + Boston would likely be next. Taking any advice since this is very preliminary (like deciding if UCSD is a bad idea etc and I should gold Davis). Thanks!
