Quick Q: I have 4 total letters of recommendation for anesthesia. 2 anesthesia ones, 1 strong from an FM PD, then 1 from MS3 peds surgery preceptor (both glowing letters). Which should I use for programs that only want 3 assuming my other 2 anesthesia letters will go to every program.
