Research- 1 first author pub, 3 other pubs (all non anesthesia), ~7 posters (some anesthesia)

Extracurriculars- very strong

LORs- great but nothing stellar

Geo pref- east north central, south atlantic, new england (all signals aligned)

Weak clinical grades and average research are giving me pause. Considering getting rid of Mass Gen gold ??
