Grades: 4/8 H (IM, Surg, FM, Sub-i) HP everything else
Rank: 3rd quartile
Research: 1 first author paper, 3 abstracts, 4 posters
AOA/GHHS: No
Misc: No red flags, LORs/experiences strong

Wondering if too top-heavy because of class rank, grades, no AOA and if I need to convert 1-2 reaches to "safeties". Thanks!
