YOG: 2024, Step1: Pass, Step2: 260+, Publications: 11 published (4 full manuscripts and 6 abstracts)

My thought process for the signaling to distribute them between the reach, target, and safety options as the following:

Silver  >> 1 Community - 3 Affiliated - 6 Universities — 5 Reach, 3 Target, 2 Safety 

Gold >> 2 Universities - 1 Strong Affiliated   — 1 Reach and 2 Target

what do you think of this distribution of signals based on the credentials?
