LORs: Multiple strong US LORs, including radiology letters
Research: Radiology research/case report experience
Red Flag: One remediated clerkship, with strong performance afterward
Geographic Preferences: Northeast/Mid-Atlantic + South Atlantic
Applying: ~150 DR programs

Main goal: Maximize my 6 Gold + 9 Silver signals and ideally convert as many as possible into interviews.

Should I prioritize IMG-friendly university programs, community/university-affiliated programs, or newer programs?
