Geographic preferences: East North Central, New England, Middle Atlantic (decent ties to regions)

Would appreciate any honest thoughts on my list/signals before I go insane! Is it worth it to apply to MGH? I’m worried I may be reaching too high coming from a mid-tier TX school but am really hoping to leave TX!!
