Extracurriculars: global health research, longitudinal volunteering and club leadership in the street medicine/harm reduction space

Regional Preferences: New England, Mid Atlantic, West Coast (from the west with ties to new england)

Goals: Academic program with strong fellowship matches (thinking heme onc vs pulm crit) in a medium to large city, positive program culture

Haven't locked down the signals/list yet. Would love some advice regarding program choice and how to distribute the signals. List feels kinda top heavy, considering switching Penn or Stanford for Utah, Pitt, UVA, or UNC. Not getting great advising from my school rn.
