Hello! I'm really struggling to build my signal list and wanted to ask whether this seems balanced. For context, all programs are places I'd be happy at. I've purposely avoided adding too many reaches, but I feel like some of the programs in the "target" may be a reach as well.

EC: Heavy volunteering focused on care coordination and access to care; research; mentorship roles (Surgical clerkship mentor, community "leader" helping kids get into college, med school, etc.) Everything flows together thematically (research focused on surgical outcomes; I'm passionate about outcome research; hence the academic focus in signals)
