USMD Mid-tier program in Midwest

~20 total research items (mostly non anesthesia). 1 first author published IM case report, 1 first author paper in submission, 1 second author published paper. A couple in writing so probably won't be submitted in time. Rest are mix of poster and oral presentations, including 1 anesthesia oral presentation

All honors for core clerkships, honors for anesthesia Sub I and SICU Sub I

Junior AOA; top 5% of class

LOR: 1 anesthesia chair, 2 anesthesia PD/APD, 1 anesthesia from away rotation at a T10 program, 2 IM, 1 research PI (not anesthesia)

Geo preference: East North Central, New England, and debating between Middle Atlantic or West North Central

Just wanted opinions on how realistic this list is. School advisor honestly isn't super helpful. A current intern from my school applied with similar app and similar schools and was successful but I don't know what their experiences were. Also want some input on what my last silver signal could be.
