Looking for programs with a lot of high acuity and a reputation for not just kicking patients upstairs. Not necessarily gun & knife clubs but I’m open to those too. Not opposed to scud work, am opposed to over 3 year programs…I get that those can be mutually exclusive.

Just want to get in the trenches.

Currently just thinking of metro areas, I’d prefer to stay in the northeast but I obviously must consider a few cities outside there that fit the bill too well (Chicago, NOLA, Memphis etc). Any good suggestions aside from the obvious? Thinking Providence RI or Camden NJ, along those lines.
