Hi all,

Looking to get some feedback/thoughts/suggestions on my program strategy.

US MD/PhD at mid-tier school
268 Step 2, 5/6 H 1/6 HP, AOA
23 Research items (1 article, 1 book chapter, 4 oral presentations and other conference abstracts and posters as first author; about 8 other non first author papers, none in anesthesia)
Some meaningful leadership, some volunteering
Strong letters PhD advisor and IM; been in pinch to get anesthesia letter ones but hopefully they are also good.

Honestly looking for great training with solid program culture in a nice city (warm-ish weather and/or mountains is a plus; making a exceptions for NYC and Philly :)

Would love any thoughts on program strategy. Thanks!
