A little weird applicant, I am prioritize Med-Geri programs. A lot of my signals are used there. I am trying to only apply to programs w/ Geriatrics and Hospice/Pall fellowships at there home institution. I am looking for a place with trees/nature. Should I apply to more than 30 programs? How can I effectively use my signals?
