I've been freaking out that I've perhaps built my school list too aggressively and just wanted to pass this by you and ask for your advice.

USMD mid-tier
Step 1: Pass
Step 2: 259
Preclinical: Pass (Pass/Fail)
Clinical: 4/7 Honors (includes medicine/surgery)
No AOA, No GHHS

Top quartile of my graduating class.
Research: 9 research items total Global health research project never went anywhere but I thought it was cool. 1 posted in anesthesia, (switched late into anesthesia) 2 current projects in anesthesia (LOR discusses involvement)
ECs: pretty mid but decent mix of teaching, volunteer/service
Unique background: unique background where I worked 4 years in unique fields before medical school. I'm proud of my non-traditional background and I think it ties into anesthesia well.
Aways: 1 done at a highly ranked program in my list, 2 more aways go to (also within my list)
LOR: 1 departmental anesthesia letter, 1 away letter in ICU, 1 general medicine letter, 1 anesthesia letter

Any advice would be super appreciated. Thank you.
