Hi, just looking for some feedback on my list.

USMD mid tier in mid atlantic

Step 1 pass / Step 2 268

Qualified for AOA academically, but no AOA

7/9 honors - honored IM, surgery, IM sub-I

Research: 5 manuscripts with 3 second authorships, 10+ abstracts (but only a few are first author) - some from school, mostly from research job before school

Community service / leadership ECs some teaching

Maybe my list is too top heavy? Would love to hear other perspectives!
