I have an idea to take this website to the next level.

You know you click on a program and it has the tabs "Overview" "Program" "Application Details"? There should be a fourth one for impressions, where you can write your source ("Home student", "Away Rotation", "Interview", "Current Resident/Alum") and your thoughts on the program. All the reviews on doximity seem so fake as if the PD wrote them or something.

Just a thought.
