Trying to figure out signals. Passed step 1 first try, step 2 248, go to a top public medical school. Minimal research (1 publication in 2025 from undergraduate research). Average clinical grades second year. All top clinical grades second and third year. Very strong letters. Moderate-to-very strong extracurriculars (especially leadership). Want to be realistic on signaling. I want a program with non-malignant culture and strong for cardiology fellowship interest.
