Like for example, for publications, can we distinguish abstracts from full-on publications and for example can we do some subjective profiling like instead of just clinical hours maybe you can rank your own impact there too e.g. (1- just was there), (2- was fairly liked and did a bit of stuff extra), (3- took some leadership roles), (4- was a leader and made a tangible impact)

or something like that. That could help with data too especially since admit is growing.

Same as for residency like why does it let you check AOA even for school that don't offer AOA and it can push you up. Perhaps the schools that don't offer AOA automatically are looked at differently because for example someone with no AOA from Harvard (bc impossible obviously) may still be looked at with similar/more favorably compared to someone with AOA from Cornell
