What are the general requirements for matching into top psych residencies in locations like Boston/NYC? I know they want research, but do they require AOA, honors on clinical rotation, away rotations, 15+ research items, etc? I heard psych is a specialty where they don't put as much emphasis on STEP 2 scores and tend to focus on fit/being a team player. Does anyone have advice?
