Hi, I'm trying to find quick IM progrmas before the deadline that are friendly for URM / have URM facing intensive training.

I'm at a T20 MD, 257 step2, not the best clinical grades (3/7 honors), and 6 research items.

I have UCSF as a gold (is that too far of a reach?), UChicago, Northwestern, Emory because of the public health opportunities. Any other programs with a focus on helping URM populations?
