a bit of an unusual post but wondering if anyone is a 3D slicer pro who can help me figure out why my segmentation isnt working for the psoas muscle LOLOLOL -- I have fat rendered fine and then when I get to this step I change the threshold to be the right value and set to muscle and it acts like there is no muscle.. i have tried on a few diff CTs... I have spent HOURS trying to figure it out and using their unhelpful help board literally ANY guesses. Maybe I can DM someone if anyone has some time i would be so grateful
