Hey everyone, im from the med school side of this site and hope this is an appropriate post here.

Just wondering how the "rat race" of residency and applications compare to what you all did to get into medical school. I ask because I'm trying to just understand how much I should weigh MD programs that offer early assurance to residency within their hospital.

I hope you are all having a good application season, and thank you in advance. if this doesn't belong here im sorry and please downvote me into oblivion haha.
