What's up. Having trouble choosing between locaiton/family and prestige/academia.

It's such a tough decision idk where to begin tbh. I've talked to so many mentors and it seems like you need to go to a top academic IM program to be able to match competitive fellowships like cards/GI. But my family (have a 1 year old) are closest to a local community program atm.
